All throughout the day, bring gentle awareness to your posture. Each time you notice yourself slouching, curling forward, or holding tension in your jaw, neck, or shoulders—pause.

Then:

  • Straighten your spine

  • Soften your shoulders

  • Take a slow breath

  • Exhale fully and release

Even this subtle reset signals your nervous system that you’re no longer in survival mode. When you stand or sit with length, your vagus nerve activates, your breath deepens, and your entire field begins to shift from defense to receptivity.
